Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Redford Township is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Redford Township follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My husband has always had extreme anxiety about going to a dentist. Heβd always wait until he was in pain to see a dentist and of course he would not return for follow up appointments. That changed 2 years ago when he went to see Dr Peopleβs. Her kind, comforting demeanor made him feel like family. She educated him on his current situation and discussed treatment options. He started a treatment plan and never missed a visit. The only dentist to get my husband to commit to a much needed treatment plan for his dental needs and now preventative care. Thank you Michigan Denture & Implant Center.

My children & I have been customers of MD&IC for more than 10 yrs. High turnover but the staff has been nice. I've been serviced at the Redford and Eastpointe locations. I am a loyal customer, who'd refer as well. About 3-5 yrs ago I had a root canal w/crown done at MD&IC. It never set well as it would shift, seem to move, uncomfortable, etc. I remember once telling Dr. Larry that I've had problems with it since I've had it. I felt ignored...I thought that I was still adjusting to it. March 2025, in serious pain in that tooth, emergency visit to the Redford location, seen by Dr. Peoples. Poking/pushing, flossing, water flushing, x-ray done...I was told that the crown/root canal was fine (as usual), nothing was seen on the x-ray. Suggested that something was stuck in the gum that couldn't be reached, etc. Prescribed penicillin/pain meds. May 22, 2025, awakened by dire pain in the same tooth. Left work early, headed to the Eastpointe office. Seen by Dr. Larry. It felt like a stiff cold visit that day. An x-ray pic, "I don't see anything" is what was said...Ah-gain. 1-2 more pics and same comment. Then I was told that the silver for my bridge was showing which had nothing to do wit

I had saved up a little over nine thousand dollars. I knew eventually i had to replace my bottom teeth. I decided to go with a implant. I checked reviews of places and picked the Michigan implant center because they were kind of close where i live. The biggest mistake i ever made!!! IT was never explain to me anything about the procedure! I was sent to another dentist office on seven Mile and Farmington to have four teeth pull. I didn't want to deal with a lot of pain so i paid for a sedative which i didn't get i was shot with the needle and charged for the actual sedative. That procedure was a little over eight thousand dollars!!( All was cash!) I went back to the implant center to have four polls installed in my gums to set the implant on one of the poles was not straight and had to be corrected. The material was the cheapest material you could use on a implant!! I had about seven adjustments which I was charged. There was a space between my gum and the implant on the left side that was trapping food when I ate which cause the implant rise on that side.i was eating dinner and bit down and the implant broke in half!! I called the office to tell them about the emergency what happen

I had to get a cracked tooth extracted this week, and the process was painless and she did a great job not making me feel nervous.
